For the month of June, we are reaching out to local businesses and community partners to help us continue this important work. We run 24/7 through weekends and all holidays; we don't stop! There's always someone who needs our help. Your support helps us continue to provide safe emergency shelter for six families for 60-90 days. We meet basic needs for families and children, offer resources and support services and strengthen our community through compassion and collaboration.
Celebrating 40 Years

On June 22nd, 2025, we had a storm that left many businesses and families without, and we were not spared, but we kept moving, fighting and holding on to hope just like many of the people we serve have had to do. No amount of action or support is too small; it all has an impact. Together we can ensure that families in our community have the support they need to move to stability and hope. If your business would like to partner with the Village of Hope, please contact us via our website, social media or telephone.

You have made it possible, because of your support and generosity 34 families were provided shelter and all their basic needs in 2025!

breaking
the cycle of
homelessness
Homelessness doesn’t take a break,
so neither do we.
WE ARE AN EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS.
We work with the families who seek shelter with us so much more beyond putting a roof over their heads. We work with them to identify and achieve their goals and dreams. We give them the tools and connections they need to move from homelessness into a home they can call their own.

"I did not think I was going to make it through another day and then you called."
Statement from a grandma raising her granddaughter...
We slept wherever we could—sometimes in shelters, sometimes in places that weren’t safe, and often in environments that challenged my sobriety. I was trying so hard to heal, to stay clean, but we didn’t have the luxury of choosing where we landed.

Then, the shelter stepped in and helped us secure an apartment. And now, for the first time in her life, my granddaughter has her own room. Her own bed. Her own space to dream, to breathe, to grow. Because after everything, she finally has a door she can close- Without showing her I was excited that she could tell me to get out of her room, she felt safe!
